Decisions published January 2021 – September 2026. Data as of September 2026.
The Housing and Property Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland decides disputes between homeowners and their property factors under the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011. Where a factor is found to have breached the Code of Conduct or its statutory duties, the Tribunal can issue a Property Factor Enforcement Order (PFEO) requiring the factor to put things right and, in many cases, pay compensation. This page collects every decision we hold (568 since 2021), extracted from the Chamber's published decisions and matched to each factor by PF registration number.
