An application was made under the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 alleging breaches of the Code of Conduct (2021), primarily concerning invoicing failures by Scottish Woodlands Ltd. At a case management discussion on 25 November 2025 the Tribunal facilitated settlement discussions and the parties subsequently settled. The Tribunal dismissed the application on 1 June 2026 following that settlement; no breach was found and no order was made.
