"I've been a tenant with them since i moved into my new build house in the village back in 2006. I've always found their customer service to be excellent. My boiler is serviced every year and any repair issues i've had in my home have always been dealt with within the time scale."

"Awful association. Does absolutely nothing to solve a complaint about ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR and are very naive! Believing that someone who has been at the address for over a year every single day and it's not on the tenancy agreement, is only "visiting". Bravo Shire! Try to actually help!"
