The tribunal found that the property factor, Aberdeen Property Leasing, failed to carry out its duties under the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011, specifically failing to comply with multiple sections of the Code of Conduct.
"The Factor has failed to carry out its property factors’ duties.
