We are not affiliated with the Scottish Government, the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland, or any property factor. Our rankings and assessments represent our independent analysis and should be considered alongside other sources of information.

Information accuracy

Data may be delayed or contain errors from source systems. You should verify important information directly with the relevant factor, Companies House, or official registers before making decisions.

Contributed data

When you submit pricing information, Written Statements of Service, or other data through our Contribute page, you agree that:
